One of the great things about this CRM tool is that it can auto-configure your CNAME records and DMARC records. You need to do this when you are setting up email sending services in your CRM software.
Under Settings and Reminders you will see the @ Senders button. Click that.
Click New Sender
Enter the details of your sender email address and click ‘New Sender’.
Click the ‘Auto-configure’ button in the lower left and Folk will do the rest so long as it can login to your email/domain account. This is pretty cool tbh. Domain and server configuration are not the things I am best at doing so having this feature built into the CRM is a huge bonus for me. I like it a lot.
